Terms of Service

The Site provides information about Conbyt and the software and AI services we offer. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or introduce malicious code.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce Site content except as permitted below.

The Site is informational. Submitting a contact form, chatting with our assistant, starting a voice demo, or booking a call does not by itself create a contract or client relationship. Any project or service we provide is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Conbyt, which will control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, the Conbyt name and brand, designs, and software — are owned by Conbyt or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our name, logo, or content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools and services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conbyt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Conbyt harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
